What happens if I'm not in?

For standard deliveries, you will receive a calling card to reschedule or collect from a Royal Mail sorting office. Please check the Royal Mail Website to find your local sorting office.

Can I change my delivery address after I've placed an order?

You can’t change your delivery address once an order has been made. That’s why we advise you to regularly make sure that all your address details are up-to-date.
